Did you go with the traditional ham? I almost did...till Jesse said he wanted my tri-tip.
So we had:
- BBQ'd Tri-Tip...you heard me! It was pouring and cold as heck today...but gosh darn you Mother Nature, I still BBQ'd. (neener neener!!!)
- Roasted Asparagus
- Twice Baked Potatoes (sour cream, butter, salt, pepper, garlic & sun-dried tomato basil cheddar cheese)
- Rolls
We finished up a little bit later with these Bad Boys!!! I only ate 1/2.
We were going to BBQ at home. Marcus had the steak seasoned, potatoes boiled to be mashed and green beans all ready until he got the idea to go to RC one last time before Hannah's arrival as a family. It was a good meal but like always he ends up getting interupted by all kinds of coworkers and we don't really get to chat and enjoy each other's company. But Ethan loves to flirt with all the pretty lady waiting staff :-)
ReplyDeleteWe BBQ'd as well! That reminds me, I should blog about Easter. We had steaks and bbq'd potatoes. I had planned on making my homemade rolls, but was not feel well so did not get to make them. Glad you had a nice Easter as a family and that mom was able to join you!
ReplyDeleteLove ya.
