I'm disappointed. Not that Mike won, he is awesome. But yes, that Mike won.
Heres the deal.
"Americas Vote" should have been eliminated this season. Why? Because Daris GAINED weight this last round. He should have automatically been eliminated & the TOP 3 determined immediately. Mike, Ashley & Koli.
Mike lost a tremendous amount of weight. He looks amazing. Hes lost the most weight EVER.
Ashley looks HOT! Lets all face it, the girls got a rockin bod.
Daris....Well other than thinking he shouldn't have been there anyways, looks awesome. Other than that darn hair. His new girlfriend...HELLO!
But the winner is based on % lost, not lbs lost.
Mike lost 50.19% of his body weight.
Koli lost 53% of his body weight.
So Koli is REALLY the Biggest Loser!!! (Well at least in my mind.)
So congrats to all the winners/losers. This season was AMAZING!!! Time for more weight loss on my part. 17lbs down....A LOT left to go.
Yep, I agree on the Daris part, but think Mike deserves to win. Koli may have the higher percentage, but I am shocked at how well Mike did in ONE season. Remember Daniel from last season AND the season before? It took him two seasons to do what he did and I think he still weighed more than where Mike ended, and Mike weighed more than him. So those are my thoughts.
ReplyDeleteI was also really excited for Shea to have her money doubled upon completing the marathon. She and her family could so use that money and she is looking great!
I agree he had to bust his butt to lose what he did. However the winner is never based off of lbs lost. Thats not fair to the participants who start at a lower weight. So % wise, he wouldn't have won. He also irritated me toward the end with his very weepy drama which seemed fake.

ReplyDeleteI agree. I spoke to his mother after the show and she said he (Koli) was the winner. Being humble people that they are, they kept smiling. I knew what she meant as he was not given the real opportunity. The grey team was disappointed, but they will continue to inspire others and that is all that really matters - "paying it forward".
