Oh Wow!

I usually toot my own horn when it comes to web design, html code & computer crap like that. Well yesterday I  had a new discovery. Scheduled posting. You read that right, the ability to have scheduled blog posts!!! I know that some of you die-hard bloggers already do this. I know that some of you are out there saying WTH is she talking about. Well let me tell you.

Have you ever had a day where you feel like posting A LOT? (But you don't want to seem like a maniac???)
Or a day where you have nothing to say?
Or a day where you've said you'll post something in the future and forget to do it?
Or a CRAZY busy day where you know you'll never have time, but the occasion REALLY deserves a blog? (like a blog post devoted to a special birthday person or anniversary?)

Well SCHEDULED POSTING solves nearly all these issues!

I could have a really blog happy day and type up 4 blogs. If I schedule the time and date when each one posts, then they'll each get published WHEN I say so. 4 separate posts!

And all this without logging back on to take a draft and hit publish. I can literally pick the date and pick the time, down to the minute. Now don't get me wrong....it still takes about 5 minutes for the system to update, but it works.

So coming up is A BUNCH of family birthdays!!! Guess what??? Scheduled posts will be at my service. No neglecting the kids to make sure I post a birthday message. It'll happen all by itself!

I'm so lame geeky proud!

  1. So funny! I am having issues with the time on my blog though cause the time is not actually the time. Jamie was supposed to help me but never did, so I need to figure it out. But I did just type up three blogs yesterday and worked on another one tonight, so that I can have some ready to post when I don't have the time or feel like writing. That way my blog stays active if I get too busy or am not in a writing mood. Yes, post-time publishing is awesome!
Leave me some love on my blog. I've been doing my part on yours missy! lol
