Catarina - A combo of Katrina (my aunt & cousin) & Catherine (my great grandmother). We did the great debate over the spelling. It had to be 8 letters long, but we like spelling it with a C so she can go by Cat. Which is totally appropriate because she made a purring sound while she was in the NICU. It was really cute & so is she. She also reminds me of a kitty cat. Shes pretty finicky, likes to be snuggled & stays curled up in a ball as much as possible. Some people don't like her nickname...fooey to them we say!
Avery - Jesse & I have been fond of this name forever & it was on our list of possible names to consider. We decided that it fits her & with the first name.
Congrats! I'm glad your little one is all right. She may be small, but she's adorable!
